Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable Water Mitigation Technician to support our lead technicians in various restoration projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong willingness to learn and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:

• Assist lead technicians in the assessment and mitigation of water damage in residential and commercial properties.
• Help set up and operate equipment for water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.
• Handle on-call/after-hours duties
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Maintain attention to detail regarding work performed and necessary documentation
• Collaborate with the lead technician and team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Be coachable - Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; WRT and/or ASD certification a plus
• Indiana drivers license and clean driving record
• Previous experience in the restoration, construction, or related field is preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic with a dependable and punctual nature.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow directions from lead technicians.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, lift heavy equipment, and work in various environments

Compensation: $20-$22/hour
